Challenge
Traditional veterinary care is broken by high markup costs and confusing fees. Novel disrupted this with an affordable, "no-exam fee" membership model in Burlington, but their old website felt heavy, complex, and failed to clearly communicate their unique services.
Solution
I designed a clear, responsive visual identity and user interface in Figma before building the final production site in Framer. I managed the end-to-end scope, including custom CMS structure, templates, custom functionality, local SEO strategy, and cross-device accessibility testing.
Results
The new website successfully simplifies Novel's membership model, drastically increasing conversions and sign-ups. It delivers a seamless, fast mobile experience that clearly showcases their full range of wellness and urgent care services, making high-quality, on-demand pet care effortlessly accessible for families.
